能力建設|2025年度工作分工會議暨涉外專題培訓圓滿召開

2025年4-6月,國際倉儲與物流聯盟(以下簡稱“國際聯盟”)秘書處、中國倉儲與配送協會海外倉分會(以下簡稱“中國倉協海外倉”)陸續召開2025年度工作分工會議(內部)、副秘書長級年度工作會議、反三反暨涉外合規管理、國際商務禮儀培訓,以提高員工的底線意識、提升服務形象、服務能力和服務水平。會議采用線上方式進行,分別由海外倉分會副秘書長羅威、國際倉聯項目總監劉建萍主持,秘書長周武秀主持。
Between April and June 2025, the Secretariat of the International Federation of Warehousing and Logistics (IFWL) and the Overseas Warehouse Branch of the China Association of Warehousing and Distribution (CAWD Overseas Warehouse Branch) jointly hosted a series of online events. These included the 2025 Internal Work Allocation Meeting, the Annual Deputy Secretary-General Conference, a session on Anti-Corruption and Foreign Compliance Management, and a training workshop on International Business Etiquette. The events aimed to raise employees’ awareness of compliance, enhance the organization’s service image, and improve overall service capabilities and standards. The sessions were chaired respectively by Wei LUO, Deputy Secretary-General of the CAWD Overseas Warehouse Branch, and Alina LIU, Project Director of IFWL, with overall coordination by Secretary-General Nany ZHOU.

【反三反】
來自某檢察機關的韓老師圍繞“反腐敗、反浪費、反瀆職”三方面展開講解,結合實際案例,深入剖析了廉政風險及防控要點,強調在對外合作與資金管理中嚴守底線、規范操作的重要性。
Han, from a supervisory authority, delivered a presentation focusing on three key areas: anti-corruption, anti-waste, and anti-malfeasance. Drawing on real-life cases, the session offered an in-depth analysis of integrity risks and key prevention measures, emphasizing the importance of maintaining strict ethical standards and ensuring compliant practices in external cooperation and financial management.
【合規培訓】
北京德恒律師事務所合伙人王曉燕律師以“企業出海的合規管理”為主題展開分享,從當前出海企業所面臨的新情況與法律風險出發,系統講解了國內外合規標準、輕量化合規體系的建設路徑,并提出將合規理念嵌入企業日常運營流程,助力企業穩健出海。
Xiaoyan WANG, Partner at Beijing Dentons Law Offices, delivered a presentation titled “Compliance Management for Chinese Enterprises Going Global.” Starting with the emerging challenges and legal risks faced by outbound enterprises, she offered a systematic overview of domestic and international compliance standards and outlined practical approaches to building streamlined compliance systems. She emphasized the importance of integrating compliance concepts into daily operations to support enterprises in achieving steady and sustainable global expansion.

【禮儀培訓】
針對到崗時間較短的員工及實習生,秘書長周武秀組織開展了國際商務禮儀4培訓,重點圍繞5個普適原則和4個應用場景開展培訓,旨在從跨文化的兼容性和包容性,引導大家從融入到共贏。
To support newly onboarded employees and interns, Secretary-General Nany ZHOU organized an International Business Etiquette Training. The session focused on five universal principles and four practical application scenarios, aiming to guide participants from cultural integration toward collaborative success by promoting cross-cultural compatibility and inclusiveness.

【總結】
四次會議及專題培訓,拓寬了秘書處員工在廉政風險防控和跨境合規方面的專業知識,增強了團隊應對復雜國際環境的信心。通過分享交流式學習,加深了對涉外法律法規的理解,提升了合規意識和專業服務水平,為高質量完成行業工作,打下了堅實基礎,也為建設專業化團隊注入了新的活力。
These four meetings and thematic training sessions expanded the Secretariat staff’s expertise in integrity risk prevention and cross-border compliance, while strengthening the team’s confidence in navigating complex international environments. Through interactive and participatory learning, participants gained a deeper understanding of foreign-related laws and regulations, strengthened their compliance awareness, and improved their professional service standards. These efforts laid a solid foundation for delivering high-quality industry work and infused fresh momentum into building a more professional team.
